All artworks, photography, video, copy, logos, and design elements on this site are © Rob Prior Studio. Reproduction, redistribution, derivative works, or commercial use of any kind is prohibited without prior written permission from the studio.
Listed works are originals unless otherwise noted. Pricing is provided on inquiry. All sales are documented, signed, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Once an inquiry is converted to a confirmed acquisition and payment is received, sales are final except in the case of damage in transit.
Shipping is arranged through insured fine-art couriers. International collectors are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Commissioned works are governed by a separate agreement executed at the start of the engagement. A non-refundable deposit secures the commission slot and covers materials and pre-production. Timelines and revision rights are set in that agreement.
Live performance bookings are governed by a separate booking agreement covering scope, deliverables, travel, equipment, insurance, and payment terms. The studio reserves the right to decline any booking inquiry.
This site is provided as-is. The studio is not liable for outages, errors, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the site. Links to external platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok) are provided for convenience and are governed by those platforms' own terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
